Staking Policy

Scope These Terms and Conditions between Lucrosus Capital LPS (“Lucrosus”) and the Client govern the execution and receipt of the Lucrosus Staking (the “Staking”) provided by Lucrosus to the Client.
Description of the service The Lucrosus Staking is a digital asset staking service operated by Lucrosus, where the Client can stake LUCA tokens (“LUCA”) on Lucrosus Capital Platform (“Platform”) with the link: https://www.lucrosus.capital/ for the purpose of gaining staking rewards. The Client may choose different Staking options whereby he agrees to lock his LUCA tokens for a specific period of time. By doing so he can earn specific rewards. Staking periods and returns are quoted on the Platform and may vary as time progresses. The client is allowed to participate in Staking by creating multiple lockings of LUCA tokens to earn rewards (“Stakes”). Cancellation of a Stakes during its duration is not allowed. The minimum LUCA token amount required for creating a Lucrosus Staking is 100. Staking rewards due to completed Stakes will be credited to the Client’s account on the Platform after the end of the Staking period chosen by the Client.
Lucrosus’ responsibilities Lucrosus operates the Staking in a diligent and professional manner in accordance with applicable industry standards. Lucrosus Staking is conducted only on the Platform. To participate in Staking users are required to previously register the account on the Platform and hold LUCA tokens. The Client is responsible for maintaining the security of its own accounts. Lucrosus will never ask for confidential data like passwords regarding the Client’s account. Staking periods and APY may be modified by Lucrosus during Staking duration.
